PANTECHNIKI SA discloses that Mrs. Saradopoulou Kaikilia, as a person close related to person that have managerial duties in the company (bound person according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, in combination with the provision of decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Commission, proceeded to the purchase of 22.448 common registered shares of the company on 24/09/2007, with a total net value of 89.792 Euro.
