Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that COMMERCIAL BANK OF GREECE (the Bank) sell, on October 2, 2007, 1,403 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 50,353.67. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 βy Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou -Benopoulou, under her capacity as executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and independent member of the Board of the Bank.
