DIEKAT S.A., according to the provisions of article 27, paragraph 3 of the law 3556/2007, announces that on 20 September 2007, the major shareholders of Company informed with their written statement on the percentage on company's stock capital and on the total of rights of vote that they possess in this, applying the provisions of article 27, paragraph 2 of the law 3556/2007, as follows:
1. The shareholder Mr Nikolaos Tolis son of Konstantinos, Managing Director of the Company, possesses 3.109.029 shares i.e. percentage 17,375% on the total of shares and 2.159.029 voting rights i.e (directly: 2.159.029, indirectly: 0), i.e. percentage 12,065% on the total of voting rights of Company.
2. The shareholder Mr Michael Kantartzopoulos son of Dionysios, Chairman of Company, possesses 2.359.684 shares i.e. percentage 13,187% on the total of shares and 1.409.684 voting rights (directly: 1.409.684, indirectly: 0), i.e. percentage 7,878% on the total of voting rights of the Company.
3. The shareholder Mr Themistoklis Tsokas, son of Ioannis, Member of the Board of Directors, possesses 2.341.759 shares and voting rights (directly: 2.341.759, indirectly: 0), i.e. percentage 13,087% on the total of shares and voting rights of the Company.
4. The shareholder Mrs Styliani Kantartzopoulou, daughter of Panagiotis, possesses 1.425.450 shares and voting rights (directly: 1.425.450, indirectly: 0), i.e. percentage 7,966% on the total of shares and voting rights of the Company.
5. The Bank of Attica, possesses 0 shares, i.e. percentage 0% on the total of shares and 1.900.000 voting rights (directly: 1.900.000, indirectly 0), i.e. percentage 10,618% on the total of voting rights of Company, because existing pledge on stocks of DIEKAT S.A.
