In reply to the CAPITAL MARKET COMMISION'S letter in connection with press announcements related to the "acquisition of 100% of LINKS OF LONDON by FOLLI FOLLIE S.A.", the company announces that, according to its strategy and in line to the development of its operations, it is indeed examined by the company at a preliminary stage a restructuring of the group and a possible homogenisation of similar sectors. However, given that the company is presently in an early stage of investigation and evaluation of its wider structure, it is impossible to draw a final conclusion with regard to LINKS OF LONDON and therefore the company does not commit itself to any related announcements and is neither able to proceed to any final announcements. As a matter of course and in case of developments in the above matter and as soon as decisions of the competant bodies are obtained, the company will proceed with the necessary actions towards the public and the authorities promptly.
