The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Director of Nursing, Ms Tsilimidou Maria of Georgiou (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, on October 26th, 2007, sold 400 common shares, with a total net value of 4.696,00 euro.
