(S&B), based on Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Market Commission, announces that LANSDOWNE EUROPEAN EQUITY FUND LIMITED, shareholder of S&B, with its letter on 24/08/2007, announced that on 22/08/2007 MORGAN STANLEY & CO INTERNATIONAL Ltd acquired 6.165 shares of S&B on its behalf, resulting in a total participation percentage over the total voting rights that increased to 5,01% from 4,99%. Τhe direct participation of LANSDOWNE EUROPEAN EQUITY FUND LIMITED over the total share capital of S&B INDUSTRIAL MINERALS S.A. remained zero.
