The company's management has initiated discussions with the banks participating in its loan portfolio in order to proceed with the restructure and improvement of financial terms of existing loan facilities.
In reference to a possible share capital increase by our company, there has no been such decision by the company's Board of Directors. As soon as any decision relating to the subject matter is made, our company, in accordance with A.S.E. regulation, will promptly inform the investment community.
