Pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders meeting on 19/10/2007, a total of 52,860 own shares were acquired through the Athens Exchange that correspond to 0.24% of the outstanding share capital of the company.
The average price of the own shares acquired amounted to 3.56 euro per share
The minimum price determined for the share buy back was at 2.00 euro whereas the maximum price was set at 8.00 euro per share.
