Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. hereby notifies, pursuant to articles 9, 11 and 21 of Law 3556/2007, that on 23.11.2007 its total percentage of voting rights held in the "Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A." amounts to 18.4551 %. Of the above percentage, a) 7.8924 % corresponds to 38,684,693 shares of the Issuer held directly by the Company and b) 10.5627 % corresponds to 51,772,970 shares of the Issuer, which the Company is entitled to acquire pursuant to the terms of financial instruments (total return equity swaps), with the relevant voting rights exercised pursuant to the Company's instructions.
