ALAPIS S.A., announces that in the framework of its long term partnership with Bayer Group, it has been singed today November 14th , 2007, between the subsidiary company ALAPIS CROPSCIENCE S.A. and the subsidiary company of BAYER Group, BAYER CROPSCIENCE AG, a Toll Manufacturing Agreement (agreement of packaging and stylization of pesticides) with duration of five years, for the needs of the Greek market.
The agreement will begin when the facilities of BAYER HELLAS S.A. in Ypato Viotias will be purchased from ALAPIS CROPSCIENCE S.A., by the end of this year.
