The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that its shareholder and Regulatory Affairs Manager, Mr. Tilemahos Stefanakis son of Stefanos, proceeded on 27/08/07 to the disposal of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the price of 9.60 euros (nine euros and sixty cents) of total value 9,600 euros (nine thousand and six hundred euros).
