HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces that according to Law 3556/2007, the Decision No 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, that on 04/10/2007, the company IOANNIS ACCAS AVEE, a legal entity that has a close link with a person that exercises managerial duties, has bought 2.767 shares of HELLENIC FABRICS S.A., a total net value of 6.135,07 euro.
