Forthnet SA announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), a legal entity associated with Mr Dimitrios Goulandris, a member of the Forthnet?s Board of Directors, notified on November 13th, 2007 (art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) the sale of a) 61,000 shares of a total value of euro 669,255.40, on November 9th, 2007, and b) 200 shares of a total value of euro 2,211.79 on November 12th, 2007.
