Attica Holdings S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr Pericles Panagopulos, main shareholder of the company and the person subject to the notification obligation according to L.3340/2005, sold on 3/10/2007:
a) 21,169,146 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Chase Investments Inc, controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 116,430,303,
b) 4,426,020 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Radley Services Co, controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 24,343,110,
c) 4,582,600 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Unison Maritime Inc, controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 25,204,300,
d) 3,996,000 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Panoil Maritime Inc, controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 21,978,000,
e) 3,979,680 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Pancargo Maritime Inc, controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 21,888,240,
f) 3,887,520 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Prestige Shipping S.A., controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 21,381,360,
g) 3,464,040 ordinary shares of Attica Group through Universal Marine Inc, controlled undertaking, of total value Euro 19,052,220,
i.e. in total 45,505,006 shares, of total value Euro 250,277,533.
