Attica Holdings S.A. announce that, according to Law 3556/2007 and following respective notification received from its shareholder Chase Investments Inc., on the 3rd of October 2007 Chase Investments Inc. sold 21,169,146 shares of Attica Holdings S.A.
As a result, the percentage of Chase Investments Inc. in the share capital and voting rights of Attica Holdings S.A., has been modified by more than 3% and in particular, it declined from 20.321% to 0%.
