Attica Holdings S.A. announce that according to Law 3556/2007 and following respective notification received from Mr Pericles Panagopulos, on the 3rd of October 2007 certain companies controlled by Mr Pericles Panagopulos, namely "Chase Investments Inc.", "Radley Services Co.", "Unison Maritime Inc.", "Panoil Maritime Inc.", "Pancargo Maritime Inc.", "Prestige Shipping S.A.", "Universal Marine Inc.", sold 45,505,006 shares of Attica Holdings S.A. and as a consequence the participation percentage of Mr Pericles Panagopulos in the share capital and voting rights of Attica Holdings S.A. has been modified by more than 3% and in particular, it declined from 43.682 % to 0%, and his direct participation percentage in the share capital and voting rights remained stable at 0%.
