In response to a letter from the Hellenic Republic Capital Market Commission with protocol number 4416/22.10.2007, regarding the sale of LINKS LONDON Ltd., the Company announces that in the frame of its strategic planning no decision has been taken from the Management of the Company and only after the conclusion of the process of the acquisition of Elmec Sport SA and the respective Mandatory Public Offer the possibility of a restructuring of the portfolio and its debt will be considered.
