With regard to reported in publication of newspaper ΚΑΤΗΙΜΕRΙΝΙ on 04/10/2007, company DIEKAT S.A. informs the investing public with the following:
Referring to the affiliated company PORTLAND BUNKERS INTERNATIONAL LTD, that maintains DIEKAT S.A. in the Great Britain and which as object has the storage and marketing of petroleum products, the Company confirms that negotiates with interested investors, in the frames of its new strategic planning, aiming at the sale of its participation in this.
It is noted that, the percentage of its participation in the above-mentioned affiliated company amounts in 100% and no in 50%, in order that erroneously it reports the publication.
With regard to the cooperation with the BP Marine, which was based on agreement that was signed in May 2005 concerning the exploitation and operation of the depot ship station of PORTLAND BUNKERS INTERNATIONAL LTD, the Company it confirms that the cooperation expired 30 September 2007 that it constituted wish of the two parts.
Concerning the comment about recent sale of real estate of property of affiliated company DIEKAT CONSTRUCT S.A., the Company informs that she does not correspond in reality.
Finally, the Company certifies the shareholders that, according to its policy and to legislation, it informs the Authorities and the investing public for any progress regarding to its economy - financial situation, with the means that are forecasted and aiming in equitable, valid and convenient information of interested parts.
