ALTEC SA further to its 18/09/2007 announcement and following the decision 556/11-09-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investing public that on Tuesday October 2nd, 2007, 40.495 Common Registered shares (outstanding fractional residual) resulting from increase of the share capital due to its merger through absorption of the companies Sysware SA, Unisoft SA, Stat SA (Κ2-11398/21.09.2001 decision of Minister of Development) have been sold. Τhe net result of the sale after deducting related expenses and taxes amounted to 85.226,99 Euros. The above mentioned amount will be deposited within seven (7) working days, for the benefit of the entitled shareholders, to the Deposits and Loans Fund in accordance with the decision 13/375/17.03.2006 of Capital Market Commission. The beneficiaries, in order to collect the proceeds from the sale, are requested to take the documents required from the Company.
