On 27.8.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 253 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 0.000345% of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 77.4574%. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 24.64 euros per share.
