In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (article 21) and in combination with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, SATO S.A. announces that:
On 02/11/2007, Mr. Konstantinos Karakostas, Member of the Board of Directors (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 3.000 common shares with a total net value of 9.918,00 euros.
Between the period of 05-09/11/07, Lavrio Metallurgy Company, a legal entity that has a close link with a person that exercises managerial duties (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 15.000 common shares with a total net value of 45.889,48 euros.
On 09/11/2007, Mr. George Athanassiou, husband of Mrs. Venetia Kontoe, Internal Auditor (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 1.000 common shares with a total net value of 2.900,00 euros.
