SFAKIANAKIS S.A. notifies the participation in the increase of the share capital of Speedex S.A., total amount of increase 500.000 euro, according to the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of Speedex S.A. dated 2/8/2007. SFAKIANAKIS S.A. participates in the share capital of Speedex S.A. with 49.53% and the amount of its participation in the above mentioned increase amounted to 247,634 euro which was paid on 13/11/2007.
