Euromedica S.A. Medical Services (hereinafter the "Company") hereby announces that on 23.08.2007 the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission approved the company prospectus on the listing of 7,500,000 new common registered shares on the Athens Stock Exchange. The aforementioned shares resulted from an increase in the company share capital, with the payment of cash in order to raise funds amounting to euro 60,000,000.
Consequently, and in accordance with article 14(2) of law 3401/2005, the prospectus shall be made available to the investing public on the Company website (http://www.euromedica.gr/enimerotika%20deltia%20trechon%20etos-en.html), as well as on the websites of the Athens Stock Exchange (http://www.ase.gr) and the Capital Market Commission (http://www.hcmc.gr).
