Piraeus Real Estate Investment Property S.A. notifies the following changes/additions in the published Data and Info regarding the period from 01.01.2008 until 31.03.2008:
a) The profits before taxes, of financial, investment results and depreciations of the profit and loss account regarding the period from 01.01.2008 until 31.03.2008 and 01.01.2007 until 31.03.2007, are reduced by euro 151.670,96 and euro 91.289,23 respectively, as far as income resulting from interest is concerned and amount to euro 2.396.038,14 and euro 2.649.562,22 respectively, instead of euro 2.547.709,10 and euro 2.740.851,45 as already published.
b) In the additional data and info, information No.9 is added, related to the predictions analysis effected by the Company regarding the obligation of personnel provisions due to retirement from the service and amount to euro12.427,74 and euro11.664,00 for 31.03.2008 and 31.12.2007 respectively.
Except for everything aforementioned, no other change is effective to the Company's financial data.
