In relation to today's electronic and newspaper articles, Forthnet announces the following: Further to a communication with shareholders, Forthnet has been informed that they have received an offer from an international investor grouping to acquire a shareholding in Forthnet, representing a significant minority concern in Forthnet's voting rights. The parties are currently in negotiations and have not yet reached an agreement. Forthnet will make further announcements following receipt of updated information.
