(the Company), pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that SIVET HOLDING INC, which is closely associated to the Managing Director and Executive Board Member of the Company Mr. Petros Vettas, bought shares of the Company as follows:
a) on 02.05.2008 bought 4,842 shares with total value of Euro 23,830.69 and
b) on 05.05.2008 bought 1,806 shares with total value of Euro 9,313.05.
