In conformance to paragraph xii of article 276 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces the conclusion of tax audit for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006. The above mentioned tax audit resulted payable taxes of total amount 192.225 euro versus relevant provision of 200.000 euro thus there will be no further charge in company's results
