Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that Mr. NIKOLAOS BARLIGKAS, a deputy director of the company (person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), notified the company that on 16.01.2008 he sold 1,000 common registered shares with a total value of euro 20,600.00.
