The company BENRUBI S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mrs Aliki Benrubi daughter of Samuel, Vice Chairman of the BOD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on 15/01/2008 to the purchase of 24.000 (twenty four thousand) common shares of total net value 94.990,88 euros (ninety four thousand nine hundred ninety euros and eighty eight cents).
