Vrachipedis undertakes duties as Financial Consultant of the Group of companies, and the duties of the Company's Financial Manager are undertaken by Mr. Emmaouel Sterfanakis, up to today Economic Manager of DIEKAT HELLENIC CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.
