In accordance with the provision of article 290, par.5 of Athens Exchange Regulation and following the relevant decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (dated 24.05.2007) and the Board of Directors (dated 2.8.2007), LAMDA Development S.A. notifies that the period for the purchase of own shares ended on 7.5.2008. During the period from 16.08.2007 to 7.5.2008 the total number of shares acquired amounted to 282.249, at an average purchase price of euro 10,57. The total number of own shares that the Company holds, amounts to 304.277 shares, with an average purchase price of euro 10,40 and represents 0,69% of its share capital.
