Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 14 February 2008 to examine and approve the preliminary results for the year 2007, as well as the payment of dividend. On the same day the results will be announced to the Athens Stock Exchange and to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and they will presented to the analysts.
With the announcement of the results the closed period for dealing in shares of the Bank, as defined by the Cyprus Legislation, will be terminated.
The Board of Directors will also meet on Thursday, 28 February 2008 to examine and approve the Final Audited Financial Statements of the Group for the year 2007.
