INTRACOM HOLDINGS, following its 27/11/2007 Announcement and according to the 16/460/10.01.2008 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors, informs the investing public that the date set for the start of the liquidation period for the remaining 145.979 Common Registered Company shares not deposited for dematerialisation, which were not liquidated during the time period 20/09/2007 until 19/11/2007 inclusive, is Monday January the 21st, 2008.
The liquidation will be conducted according to the stipulations of decision 1/380/04.5.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors and of article 99 A of the Athens Exchange Regulations.
PROTON BANK is the Athens Exchange Member which will conduct the aforementioned liquidation process.
The outcome of the liquidation will be announced to the shareholders as stipulated by current legislation (Law 3371/2005, article 18). The net outcome of the liquidation will be deposited, for the benefit of entitled shareholders, at the Deposits and Loans Fund.
