NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA, in accordance to Law 3556/2007 (article 9 par 5), and in order to facilitate the calculations of percentages of voting rights as well as significant changes in the participations in the company's share capital, announces that as of today, 16 January 2008, the Company's share capital is 78.326.014,96 euros divided into 51,530,273 voting common registered shares of par value 1.52 euros each.
