ASPIS BANK S.A., within the scope of the provisions of L.3556/2007 (article 9 par.5), for the convenience of the investors and the calculation and setting of the acquisition or disposal limits of important equity stakes by shareholders or holders of voting rights, announces that the share capital of the Bank amounts to 173.613.586,34 euros divided into 64.064.054 common registered shares with voting right and of nominal value of 2,71 Euros each.
