The Board of Directors of Eurobank Properties REIC, at its yesterday's meeting, decided to appoint Mr. Nikolaos Bertsos as a member of the BoD, in the place of Mr Charalambos Kyrkos, for the remaining term.
Following the aforementioned appointment, the Company's Board of Directors was convened into a body as follows:

George Papageorgiou, Vice Chairman, non executive
Nikolaos Galetas, executive member
Aristotelis Karytinos, executive member
George Chryssikos, executive member
Spyridon Makridakis, independent non executive member
Dimitrios Serbetis, independent non executive member
Mrs Bertsos was born in Athens in 1951. He studied at the Economics Department of the University of Athens and continued with postgraduate studies at the University of Essex, United Kingdom. He has held the position of First Vice Chairman of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, Vice Governor of the National Mortgage Bank of Greece, Chaorman of Diethniki AEDAK (Mutual Funds Company), Managing Director of the National Company of Portfolio Investments (ETHNEX S.A.), as well as Chairman of the Association of Greek Institutional Investors. He had also been a member of a number of board of directors of companies in the private and public sector.
