SingularLogic SA announces, in accordance to Law 3556/2007 (article 9 par 5), and in order to facilitate investors in the calculation and estimation of the acquisition thresholds or shareholders or owners of voting rights in the disposal of significant stakes, that following a share capital increase pursuant to the exercise of stock options, the share capital of the company amounts today to euros 13.057.203,00, divided into 43.524.010 common registered shares and voting rights, with a nominal value of euros 0,30 each.
