The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that: -Mr. Ioannis Zacharakis, person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005, sold on 18/4/2008 2,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 25,270.00 and also sold on 21/4/2008 251 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 3,187.70. -Mr. Antonios Dimos, person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005, sold on 18/4/2008 2,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 25,120.00.
