Kokkalis, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (as person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded with the sale of 100.000 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value 225.302,15 euros on 23/04/2008.
