The company according to the stipulations of article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and decision N. 3/347/2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on January 16, 2008, has been signed a preliminary agreement between companies SFAKIANAKIS S.A. and KOULOURIS S.A. for the acquisition of car retail activities BMW and sectors of spare parts and services, as well as the landed property where is accommodated the unit of showroom and service facilities on the Lavrion avenue, against total price ? 9,0 millions, where the stocks are not included.
The final contract will be signed when the relative approvals of responsible authorities are in place and the completion of the legal and financial audit.
