In compliance with the provisions of article 2, para 2 of the HCMC decision No. 3/347/12.07.2005, the Company announces to the investors that Mr Harris Kokologiannis, Financial General Manager left the Company. Mr Michael Michelis, currently Financial Services Manger, is appointed as the new Financial General Manager, effective as of 21.01.2008.
