MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD announces that it has agreed the sale of 100% of the share capital of ΚΕPΕΥ Egnatia Financial Services (Cyprus) Limited to Laiki Investment E.P.E.Y. Public Co Ltd. The sale will be in cash at the same price that Marfin Popular Bank has acquired Egnatia Financial Services (Cyprus) Limited by its previous shareholders, that is CYP2.882.000 / 4.924.189,35 euros. The transaction is at arm's length and does not include goodwill.
