FG Europe S.A. announces that on December 21st, 2007 an increase in the Share Capital of the company Hydroelectric Achaias S.A. was completed, as decided during an ad hoc General Assembly of the Shareholders of Hydroelectric Achaias S.A. held on July 31st, 2007. The increase amounts to the total of euro 425.020 and FG Europe S.A. contributed to the increase with the amount of euro 234.820, in accordance to its participation by 55,25% to the company's Share Capital.
