Hellenic Exchanges S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, that it was notified that the General Director Mr. Lazaridis Socrates, sold on 24.01.2008 2,500 common registered shares with a total value of 49,200.00 euro.
