The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that TERNA S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Michael Gourzis, an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of TERNA ENERGY S.A., proceeded to the purchase of 11.000 common nominal shares on 07/03/2008, of total value of 64.225,20 euros.
