Announcement according to Law 3556/2007
The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that:
-Mr. Georgios Plakas - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 28.12.2007, 500 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 6,850 euros and on 31.12.2008 sold 680 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 9,322.80 euros.
-Mr. Georgios Plakas - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 28.12.2007, 500 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 6,850 euros and on 31.12.2008 sold 680 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 9,322.80 euros.
