Info-Quest announces the completion, by law, of a) the merger by absorption of the companies UNISYSTEMS S.A and DECISION S.A. b) the Spin Off of the "Solutions & Business Applications" of the Company and its contribution to the company "UNISYSTEMS S.A." according to the decision No. K2-18572 dated 31.12.2007 of the Vice Minister of Development.
