Following its previous announcement, "EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A.", as Societe Anonyme, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange S.A., announces that - according to Article 10, par. 1, of the Law 3340/2005, as well as to article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - the procedure concerning the establishment and the approval of the appropriate Regulation Authorities, of the company with the trade name "EMPORIKI ASSURANCES HELLENIC INSURANCE COMPANY S.A." has been completed.
