COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, according to art.9 par.5 of L.3556/2007, that following the commencement of trading on 21.1.08 of the 1,175,100 new common ordinary shares, resulting from the increase in its share capital due to the annual implementation of the Company's Stock Option Plan, its share capital amounts to 157,899,931.00 euro divided into 335,957,300 shares and equal number of voting rights, with a nominal value of 0.47 euro per share.
