-purchase of 13,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 75,388.34 by its Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalis
-purchase of 6,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 35,160.00 by Mrs Eleni Mitzalis, a close relative of its Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalis
-purchase of 10,000 shares for a total consideration of euro 57,749.34 by its Executive Director Mr Constantine Lysaridis
